Sherwood Community Garage Sales:  Annual Woodhaven & Vineyards Neighborhood Garage Sales are set for the last Friday and Saturday of June. Located in the beautiful city of Sherwood Oregon, this annual Sherwood event brings in lots of shoppers from all over to shop Sherwood's big garage sales. The largest Sherwood community garage sale is the 12th Annual Woodhaven Garage sale. Located across from Hwy 99, Woodhaven neighborhood garage sales will be on both sides of Sunset. Look for garage sale maps for the Woodhaven Neighborhood sale to be located on the corners of Sunset & Woodhaven Drive, Dewey & Woodhaven, and on Sunset and Pinehurst. Sales begin 9 am to 3 pm on both Friday and Saturday but expect several homes to open earlier. This year's Woodhaven garage sale sponsors are Todd & Leslie McCabe of the McCabe Real Estate Group. The McCabe's are also Sherwood residents and enjoy organizing this event. Woodhaven's community is comprised of over 1050 homes. Several Woodhaven streets are located on green space offering biking and walking trails. Nestled in the Woodhaven community is the Sherwood Regional YMCA. Sherwood High School is also close for many Woodhaven students to walk to from their homes and daily you will see kids out playing at the Woodhaven park located off of Pinehurst and Sunset Drive. The Vineyards neighborhood is located north of Hwy 99 and has approximately 189 homes in this quaint Sherwood community. Offering wide streets, the Vineyards neighborhoods is located near Sherwood's newest Elementary and Middle Schools, Edy Ridge Elementary School and Laurel Ridge Middle School. Traditionally around 15 homes participate in the Annual Vineyards Neighborhood Garage sale. The McCabe Real Estate Group is also to sponsor this year's community garage sale.
